overdoughs is a bakery in Singapore by chef-owner of artichoke Bjorn Shen, and Roxanne Toh.
A quick and dirty version of artichoke, overdoughs' menu similarly, is a modern take on the traditional flavours of Spain, Turkey, Greece, Morocco and the Middle East.
Our signature items include handmade baklavas and meringue tarts, in assorted flavours and giving old classics our very own twist. Our menu changes regularly, depending on what's available in the market or how crazy we get in the kitchen!
