overdoughs is a bakery in Singapore by chef-owner of artichoke Bjorn Shen, and Roxanne Toh.

Our signature items include handmade baklavas and meringue tarts, in assorted flavours and giving old classics our very own twist. Our menu changes regularly, depending on what we feel like at the moment.

overdoughs' pastries do not contain any alcohol, pork or lard but our team works in a kitchen that handles these ingredients.
